These sample individual student reports (ISRs) provide an example of the student report available to schools in Centralized Reporting (CRS). The ISR shows a student’s performance on the Smarter Balanced Assessments for English Language Arts (ELA)/Literacy and Mathematics.
The Interpretive Guide is intended to help parents and educators understand how to read and find information contained in the student's ISR. The cover letter is a document schools can print and send to parents along with the student's ISR.
