The Smarter Balanced-Revised English Language Arts/literacy final blueprint describes the content of the ELA summative assessment (as well as the Interim Comprehensive Assessment) in grade 3-8 and 11, and how that content will be assessed to reflect the depth and breadth of the performance expectations for the Hawaii Common Core Standards.
